Distance Selling Agreement

1-Parties

2-Subject With this agreement, the parties; Before and after the flight, one-way or mutual transfer from the addresses determined by them to the airports and vice versa or from the locations offered by "ferientransfer.com" and the provision of daily trip/tour service, and the performance of this service by ferientransfer.com for a fee, within the framework of the following contractual conditions They agreed.

3- Service and Payment Information

3.1. The contract price includes VAT.

3.2. If necessary, the agency may change the vehicle type to the same segment vehicle type, provided that it notifies the consumer. For example, Volkswagen Caravelle instead of Mercedes Vito. If the customer does not accept such a change at the time of booking, he has the right to cancel his reservation and receive a full refund of the fee he paid. In this case, the customer has no right to compensation.

4-Transfer Type: One Way (Single/Bidirectional)

5-Vehicle Type: The vehicle type chosen by the customer (Mini Van - Minibus)

6-Number of People: The customer must specify the number of people.

7-General Provisions

Passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with the Traffic Law.

In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this contract, the customer must make a reservation at least 4 (four) hours before the transfer time. On religious and national holidays, New Year's Eve and other public holidays, a reservation must be made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the transfer time. The reservation can be canceled by the customer up to 3 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the customer will be refunded. No refund will be made for later reservation cancellations. The route to be followed from the departure point to the arrival point during the transfer service; It is determined exclusively by "ferientransfer.com", taking into account traffic, road conditions and other criteria. The customer does not have the authority to change this route. In this context, the passenger's requests to stop at a different location among the determined route and to wait at this location for a short time are accepted. ferientransfer.com is responsible for delivering the vehicle to a certain point between the two specified routes.

ferientransfer.com "Does not accept sacks, crates, parcels, etc. as baggage during the transfer process. The passenger has a maximum baggage allowance of 15 kg per person. In case of loss or damage to the luggage taken from the passenger for which the value has not been declared, the service fee cannot be claimed as material and moral compensation. The customer does not have the right to do so. The customer undertakes and declares that there are no flammable, flammable, explosive, narcotic, liquid, odorous, radioactive or any substances prohibited by Turkish Republic legislation in the luggage subject to transfer. If the presence of the items listed in the luggage is noticed by the driver, Luggage will not be accepted into the vehicle. In cases where the 15 (fifteen) minute period specified below is exceeded during the unloading of the mentioned items from the baggage, if the transfer does not take place for these reasons, or if the customer cannot catch the flight due to the lost time, no refund will be made. In addition, in these cases, the customer will be liable to "ferientransfer.com". cannot claim any receivables or rights under any name. In the trunk; If the existence of the above-mentioned items is noticed, the situation will be immediately reported to the competent official authorities by "ferientransfer.com". The presence of the items listed is not noticed by the driver; If the vehicle is detected by being stopped and searched by law enforcement forces during the transfer; Any damage or loss that "ferientransfer.com" may incur for this reason will be immediately covered by the customer in cash and in full. The customer's pet transfer requests and the type of pet to be transported will be notified by the customer when purchasing the service online. Animal transfer cannot be made without this notification. Animal transfer cannot be made alone without an adult customer. The animal to be transferred under these conditions can only be transported in its private cage, in the section designated by "ferientransfer.com" personnel within the vehicle, with all responsibility belonging to the customer. T.R. It is not possible under any circumstances to transfer animals whose acquisition, possession or transfer is unlawful according to the law. For transfers from a certain point to the airport, "ferientransfer.com" declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for the transfer will be at the specified point at the transfer time. A delay of 20 (twenty) minutes from the transfer time will be considered a reasonable delay. In case of delay exceeding 20 (twenty) minutes, the customer does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case, the transfer fee is refunded to the customer. At transfer points such as housing estates and public housing; "ferientransfer.com" is not responsible if the delay of 15 (fifteen) minutes is exceeded due to site security guards preventing the vehicle from entering the site.
