Delivery and Return
• The reservation can be canceled at least 3 hours before the transfer date without paying any additional fee. Otherwise, 100% fee will be applied.
• For airport transfers: 120 minutes free waiting time. After the plane landed. For Non-Airport transfers: 30 minutes free waiting time. After the free waiting period, 50 TL per 30 minutes is applied.
• Two (2) extra STOPS of 10 minutes each are allowed and an additional fee of 100 TL is charged per stop.
• For airport pickup: The driver will wait in front of those arriving at the airport. For Non-Airport transfers: The driver will wait at the hotel entrance.
• If no transfer is made, 100% deduction will be made and no refund will be made.
• If the transfer is provided by us, if the vehicle is 30 minutes late or if the Transfer Passenger Reservation assistant is not contacted, 100% of the fee will be refunded to the customer.
• Your driver may need to contact you, so your phone must be on and able to receive calls and texts during the pickup period.
• More than one vehicle can be booked in one booking and you will be charged accordingly.
• Round Trip Reservations can also be made and you will be charged accordingly.
• Alcohol and smoking are also prohibited by law and fines are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not comply with this rule, a cleaning fee will be charged.
• Child seats can be used for a fee of 100 TL or €5 per seat.
• If you would like your driver to wait extra time, please contact the driver directly. All additional costs will be paid directly to your driver in local currency (based on real-time exchange rate) and included in the invoice.
